Download Speeds Tanked

I am currently in FAP mode, but still my download speed shouldn't be only 400-450 kbps. 

Gen 5, 90% of the time previously my speed sat at almost always 1 - 1.4 mbps. 

I went almost 4 months without any issues after the previous set of topics i made, but now its just being slow 24/7 now. To the point that i can even load my banking site.

When did the FAP speeds start going down?
