Download speeds are under 10 mbps & Upload speeds are under 1 mbps, this is an intermittent issue that I hope can be fixed, I start WAH tomorrow and this won't work for me! Thank you.
You should edit your SAN out of your post; the HughesNet staff on this site (you can recognise them because they have the label MOD near their names) will ask for info to be sent privately to them if they need it.
To edit you post, click on the 3 dots in the right hand corner.
The diagnostic code you show is normal. When you go to the system control center (http://192.168.0.1/#!/home/status), what's the number next to State Code?

Good morning dbnf,
Thank you for reaching out to the community. I pulled up your account and ran diagnostics on your site. The HughesNet equipment is working normally, and all your connected devices have a good connection to the network.
For working/e-learning from home, we have some tips that may help: https://www.hninfo.us/worktips
If you still have concerns about optimizing your devices or applications for best performance, let the community know; someone may have additional advice for you.
Thanks,
Liz
