Just upgraded my system and now I keep getting the Sat signal dropping in the afternoon and evenings. It happens on multiple computers. Called tech support and they will not do anything. They want me to call when it is happening. Since it is intermitenent how will they be able to do anything then. Extremely unhappy. I have tried to schedule another appoitment to get a rep out to fix the poor sat allignment but all I get is a brick wall. How is this good service.

What modem do you have?
Are you connected directly to the modem via an Ethernet cable or wirelessly?
If wirelessly, are you using 2.4 or 5 ghz?
Are you able to post a screenshot of the modems SCC found at 192.168.0.1? (remember to edit your your SAN)
