Email and vacationrentals.com is not working. Hughesnet cannot connect to server!

I cannot get my email. I can view it on webmail, but none of my devices will connect to the hughesnet server for email. Also, I cannot connect to vacationrentals.com, which I need to be able to do! Have been with tech support several times over the last month. My email has only worked for a few days this month. Was told it must be my windows live application- but this application has worked for 6 years, and worked for a couple of days last week. This is beyond frustrating!!!

Hello Diana

Thank you for your post! I was able to find your account by your name and did some investigating. Over the past few days we've had a handful of customers in your same area who were having trouble connecting to some websites. I have escalated your case to our engineering group to see what is currently being done and if we need you to do any further troubleshooting. I will post back as soon as I have an update!

I am also having problems with my email. I also can view web mail, but cannot connect to the server using my devices. If I use my email program on my computer I get "connection to server failed". If I try from my phone I am unable to get any new mail. If I shut off my wifi connection on my phone and use my Verizon data I get my email on my phone. I have verified the problem is not with my router. I have even hard wired the Hughes modem directly to my computer and still am not able to receive my email on my computer using my email program. I have been on the phone with Tech Support several times regarding his issue but still have no resolution. They advised me to contact my service provided for my phone and to contact my service provider for the email program on my computer. I don't think it is my phone as the email works fine when I use the Wifi connection at other locations. The only time it will not work is when I am using the Hughes connection. Can I please get some assistance with this issue.
