I have only one email account set up but in my profile there are 4 accounts. My account is kimbutler the other 3 need to be deleted. My case # from today is 117306879. The case worker could not delete the other 3 email accounts. I have not been able to log into my email for the past two days. I would like for someone to get this cleared up for me.
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community! After taking a look at the notes on the account, the Customer Care Agent was able to delete the 3 e-mails that you requested be removed. You currently have one active e-mail address associated with your account. The Customer Care Agent also detailed that your password was changed and you were able to log-in. Do you need me to reset your password again?
