Thanks for reaching out and providing that info. I pulled up his account and ran diagnostics on his HughesNet system; everything looks to be in working order. The only thing of note is the wifi device with the MAC address ending in 28:10 only has a fair connection to the network, so that can affect performance on that device. Other than on that device, is internet performance OK?
When does he usually encounter issues?
How long has this been going on?
Looksl like the weather in that area has been cloudy and rainy which can have an affect on performance as well. Please let me know if there's any improvement later this week when the weather clears up.
