internet has basically been useless since 11/23 still not worrking, when they called me on December 13th they said they were working on getting it fixed...still nothing has happened when is this going to be fixed?!?!?!?!
If they have been having problems since 11/23 and it is now 12/28 then all us customers having issues should get a big discount added to out bill for service issues. Yesterday I couldn't even use the internet or phone even though it said I was connected. Couldn't reach any site and phone wouldn't even work and I have been having speed issues for awhile now.
