Shaquita, to have speed issues assessed, please follow the steps as outlined here:
https://community.hughesnet.com/t5/Tech-Support/Think-you-have-slow-speeds/m-p/110034#M74607
Also, provide more relevant details, for example:
What operating system are you using?
When did you first start experiencing the problem?
What have you done so far to troubleshoot?
When you go to this page, http://192.168.0.1/#!/usage, are there any error messages or notices?
Others on the site may suggest other things to do, but the more information you provide, the easier it is to figure out what's going on with your system. Please note that the Hughesnet reps are here M-F, from around 9-5. They may take a day or two to get to your post.

Hi Shaquita,
I see you're new here, so welcome to the community! I ran diagnostics on your site to ensure your HughesNet equipment is working normally, and it is. I also noticed you called in already about this concern and found that even the TestMy.Net speed tests you ran with our phone agent show you were getting appropriate service plan speeds to the HughesNet modem.
At this point I suggest ensuring your PS4 is optimized to receive the best speeds and make the most of the speeds we do deliver. I Googled "how to optimize speed on P4" and thought this site would be a good start: https://www.androidcentral.com/how-increase-download-speeds-playstation-4
If there are any other PS4 users here, I'll leave it to them to provide any other tips and tricks for you. Otherwise, if the link above doesn't work, or your own research doesn't help, perhaps look into PS4-related forums to seek help.
Good luck!
Hi Shaquita21,
We're closing this thread since we never got a reply from you. I hope the info in my last post helped. If you still have concerns, please start a new thread and include a detailed explanation so we can more effectively help you.
