I am on a Gen5 Business connection, and wanted to check our data usage to see how we are doing.
Of course you can go to your own modem (192.168.0.1), but in our case it always shows that the maximum is still available, in other words, it looks like no data is being used.
Alternatively you could go to this portal and click 'My Usage', but that consistently shows an error message, which also does not help me.
Any other ways of getting a reliable report on what this months data usage is ?
The first 20 days of service, the data allowance is being reset at periodic intervals. The best way to track data usage in a business scenario is with a router that has such a function built in.
