Before upgrading to the Gen 4 Internet service, my speed was NOT good and there were some days I could hardly get anything done and downloading was awful unless it was after 2:00am. After going through this for a few years I called and upgraded to Gen 4. If I had known that it would actually be this fast, I would have been changed. Gen 4 would wipe away almost all compliant on this board about slow speed. Try it, you will be pleased.
