Had power outage. Modem will not power on after restored power. Unplugged modem for several minuets and reconnected several numerous times.

The HughesNet reps on this site will have to run remote diagnostics to see what's going on with the modem. You will need to leave the modem plugged in so they can connect to it. The reps are here M-F during business hours and typically reply within 48 hours (so it could be Monday or Tuesday), but for faster response time you can try the phone reps (I think they can run diagnostics too), and those reps are available 24/7 at 866-347-3292.
