I am on the verge of canceling my suscription to HughesNet.

Internet works 50% of the time, have called the tech department about 10 times, the code that comes up is "transmit problem has occurred" , they try and "troubleshoot" the system over the phone but other than having me unplug the modem (unplugging it does fix it for about an hour) there seems to be no solution to this. I received a new modem and installed it but the same problem remains, also the system worked flawlessly for about 9 months. any help would be appreciated. my modem is HT1100 and my plan is Gen 4 if that matters.
