I do not like automatic withdraws from my account, apparently I pay my bills 2 yr is how customers are kept, helps if you speak spanish

HN checked my credit before starting and apparently I pay my bills account start date was 11/3 payment TAKEN 12/5 data reset 12/10 2 yr contract is how they keep cudtomers it also helps if you speak spanish

I'm not sure what OP is saying about speaking Spanish. The customer service people should speak Spanish or the customers themselves should?

Understand about the auto payment. Customers can get paper billing for $5/month.

Satellite/cable TV, cell phone, other internet services and many other services also have two year contracts.  Hughesnet is not unique in this.   

I'm a little lost on the Spanish comment, as well.  Filipinos speak Filipino and English, not Spanish.  And though they may speak in heavily accented English (compared to "American" English), one can always ask them to repeat what they said if something isn't understood.  They won't get offended if you do so.
