I have Dial up speeds and at times no connection at all
Lights do not blink on my modem, or only one blinks and get messages to either "Kill" or "Wait" before opening. Very slow for the last two months. Called tech support and was told this is a problem they never heard of before. Switched me to higher tech support and after "checking" with more knowledgeable techs, wanted me to pay $99 to fix problems! Unacceptable!!

Welcome to our community and thank you for your post. Regarding your modem lights, not all of them are supposed to blink. Typically the LAN, Receive and Transmit lights will blink. Are you receiving the Kill or Wait message on your Google Chrome web browser? Does that only happen on one device? It would be helpful to know a bit more about your home network and what you have tried so far to see where we should start.
