I have been having problems with wifi use on a Samsung Galaxy 5 and an iPhone 5SE. We seem to have a lot of issues watching video clips on Facebook. They stop after a few seconds then start 1-2 seconds later. I have plenty of data right now and we upgraded to another data plan about a month ago to see if it would fix the issues, but it didn't. Any thoughts on what to do to fix this issue? This is my test speed this morning from my computer. http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/53... --download of 24.6 & 0.86 upload. Not sure if that is good or not. I ran the test on my phone and got these results: download 19.08 with upload of 2.61 (I ran this test about 20 minutes after the first one). Any thoughts on how to make the wifi more effective on the phones? When we switch to the network, we don't have the same streaming issues.
This week has been really bad. I'm going to run some more tests. Prior weeks have been so. I've been in and out of town and very busy so I haven't been able to run them sooner. This morning is REALLY bad. I can't even get the test site to load and the hughes site took forever.
Orange is telling you that you are in FAP. That is too say that you have used all of your monthly alloted data for the usage period in question. and therefore your sppeds have been "throttled".
looks like we are out of data...was surprised by this as we watch ver little on the wifi but just found out my kid has been watching about 4 music videos a day or more which must be where all the data went.
As GW stated, your tests look normal. Your tests that show a slower speed are that way due to them being in a peak usage period, when there are a LOT of people on using the system. During off peak your speeds are good, some of them well over the plan speeds.

Yes your speeds are right in what you should expect. Some even more than what your plan is advertised at. However if there is something you need more help with, or that you would like me to clarify, please let me know.
