Install was a hack job

I was busy inside with a sick toddler and didn’t check outside prior to the install technicians departure. He damaged a truss on our roof, and the cable and wires are inches from my back porch door where my pets enter and exit the house. I’m positive this will be an issue with their collars or the toddler. The wires should have been hidden in the eaves or the router should have been placed upstairs. The tech was very nice but we are not pleased with the quality of installation at all

The reps will likely be able to look at the details of the installation, including pictures that the installation tech took.  The reps are on M-F from approximately 9AM to 6PM EST.  They usually reply within a working day, so hopefully you'll hear from one tomorrow.
