Our Hughesnet has been down for several hours now. System Control Center is showing 20.1.1 - a management problem has occurred.
Tried unplugging/ reset neither worked.
tried calling Hughesnet but our cell service is not working at our home and dropped Tried live chat and initially someone contacted me then they were gone.
any help or suggestions???
That error is typically temporary and goes away on its own. If it continues, though, you will need to try chat again. The reps on this site won't be back until Monday.
When you say you reset the modem, what do you mean? I ask because you should never reset the modem, as it removes your account's information and then you need to have a customer service rep walk you through resetting it.
