Internet down since yesterday 10/25.

Our internet has been down since yesterday, almost 30 hours. We have been having problems with it going down most afternoons. Of course when I report it everything is back to normal. It's raining today so it wouldn't be any use trying to talk with them today. They will just blame it on the weather. I wish they would put something on the website to let customers know when and where there are outages. I just want to know if the problem is on my end or theirs.

Are all the lights lit on the front of the modem? If not, which ones are out?

Using a computer connected to the modem, if you go to this status page, what is the "State Code" at the top?

Also, what is the "Satellite Receive Signal Strength" at the bottom?
