Can you explain what problems you are seeing? Is your Internet slow? Are you out of data? This is a support community, and it helps if you can state the issues you're having with the service or equipment. It's not clear from your post what's going on.
The Hughesnet people are here M-F, 9-5 (EST), but in the meantime, there are fellow customers with lots of experience who can help you get started.

Can it be explain to me to fully understand the logic that I pay HughesNet for service and when their service is not functioning properly they also want me to pay to repair their service. There main responsibility is to get costumers in a contact to pay for service rather it works properly or not Go figure. Because I just can’t seem to grasp paying to repair their service That I already pay to have working service So who is responsible to provide me the working service I pay for each month? Then that responsible person needs to Aline my dish or repair broken wire that attaches to the HughesNet dish I am as a paying customer asking to much to have my service working properly on a daily basis?
