Since the Pandemic, I have to "Refresh" on the average 40x a day. I downloaded a "Speedtest" and it said "Ping 81, Download 2.56, Upload 0.123"
What do I need to do?

Also, when you are having issues, go to the modem's internal page and post the number next to State Code.

Are you referring to your browser? If so, what necessitates the refresh, and what happens when you do so?
