No, all present Hughes systems use "spot beams" that require a user be within the footprint of that "beam".
Hughes no longer provides service to HN6000/7000 systems that are strictly line of sight except for users in Alaska.
There are "resellers" that will provide you with equipment and service but at a much higher cost than the legacy Hughes plans.
