Is there any hope of adequate service? I think not!

For over six months now, I have had service that is not simply inadequate, its atrocious. While upload speeds are in the range HughesNet advertises (1.5-2.5 Mbps), download is in the range consistent with dialup (this morning 27Kbps (yes that is Kbps, not Mbps). I've had two replacement radios installed; I've been "elevated" to Level IV countless times; no improvement. 

Yet there are isolated times, for a matter of second or sometimes minutes, when downloads are in the 22 Mbps range! I'm now told engineers are working on a solution; that it involves the satellite. I've been given credits and reductions for the cost of service, but even were it free it wouldn't be worth it.

Can no one do anything to provide decent service? Is there anyone listening?

There is no hope my speed was 0.15 today and they tried to tell me that was acceptable for $80 a month. Even when i get up at 4 am so I can use bonus data its not fast. 15 months of **bleep** left. I wish we could sue for false advertising.
