I cannot even run a speed test from hughsnet page. I understand I am out of data on my plan but it is always slow even when the plan starts over.

Keep in mind that HN does not guarantee speeds, and that your speed depends on a lot of different variables, such as congestion, beam, location, weather, network management practices, and others.
