My service is only 4 days old and already the connection has dropped. I called tech rep to remotely reset. He tried both resetting and rebooting (not sure what the difference is) but it did not work. He said they would have to send a troubleshooter to the cabin but I would also have to be there. I live a significant distance away from my cabin and will not be able to make it for several weeks. Loss of connection for weeks with no access to my security cameras is not acceptable. Anyone know if the connection might reset on its own?
If they couldn't get it to work remotely, probably not. The reps here can try and see if there's something they can do, but you may have to see about being there or having someone be there for the tech.
