“Man in the Middle” attack

My Norton 360 software keeps giving the pictured irritating message. Pretty sure it's not really an attack, just the way the HughesNet modem works. "low range 5.0" is just what I named the faster of my two wifi networks. Wish I could get rid of this issue. The only thing they do is occasionally add something to the end of the page header to report potential response quality issues to a bogon IP address. There is no reason for Norton to report it.
