Less them 24 hours after I upgraded to Gen 5 my modem/router connects for about a minute and disconnects for a few minutes. I called tech support and that was a lost of 5 hours. They have agreed to send a tech out so I hope he can fix it. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Not the bad customer service, but the connect and disconnect problem.
Are you connecting through WiFi using the 5Ghz radio?
Are you losing the LAN connection?
