Modem goes down daily the last few weeks

I have been having issues mainly during the day with my modem.  The system, receive and transmit lights are off a good part of every day.  I have tried unplugging it several times with no luck.  I also have Dish TV and am having no issues with it, so I can't beleive it is weather that I can't see?  Any suggestions on what I should do or if someone needs to come out and look at my dish or modem?

Satellite TV works differently than satellite internet, so it's not a good comparison. 

 

When you have issues with your modem, check the system control center and see what number is next to State Code. The page is t http://192.168.0.1/#!/home/status 

 

This is an internal modem page, so you don't need the internet to access it, but it has to be accessed from your home, preferably with a cable connected from a device to the modem.

Thanks for posting, although your site diagnostics appeared fine when you initially posted last week, my current follow up on your site shows no communication to your modem.
