Is it common that thehughesnet syatem would be affected days after an ice storm? My dish is now clear of ice but the system is not working. If moisture gets into a cable would that cause the modem to continue rebooting? Also my electric was off and on for 2 days because of the storm.
Have you tried unplugging the modem from the wall, waiting a few minutes, then plugging it back again?

Since that hasn't helped, the HN reps on this site may need to run remote diagnostics on the equipment to see if they can identify an issue. They usually respond within 2 business days.
