Modem not working

So my modem quit working 10 days ago and I called 4 times before today. Every time I called it ended up they could run any testing cause of the weather report. Which already irritated me! So I called today and first the guy told me I had no internet because I was out of data. NO! I tell him I run out of data every month and my internet still works it is just slower, it is not even showing up in my list of available networks. So he checks something else and something else and something else. This phone call took an hour and a half even though I told him it was a router/modem issue at the beginning of the call. So he goes through all his protocols and decides a technician needs to come out, which I’m fine with because first he says it will be at no cost to me because it is under warranty! Perfect! Puts me on hold comes back says I’m sorry you will have to pay $125 for them to come look at it because of labor and what not. So now I am livid and trying not to start swearing at him, I argue why I have to pay for someone to come look at their faulty equipment that is under warranty! He puts me on hold again. Then comes back with I’m sorry ma’am it will only cost you $95! WHAT THE ****! It is my modem dude. I plug it in and all the lights come on about 2 seconds later all the bottom lights go off but the power light stays on. This light stays on for maybe 45 seconds and then goes off and starts this process over again. It just keeps cycling through this light process. Why can they not just send me a replacement because I know when the tech comes out that is exactly what he is going to do(replace it) and it is going to cost me $95??

The reps here will likely reply on Monday, as they're off for the weekend.  The may very well just send you a replacement modem.

I see it's your first post here, so welcome to the community! I pulled up your account to address your concerns and I see an agent has already set up an RMA for you. Please expect your modem replacement soon, you can return your old modem in the box it comes in. There should be a pre-paid return label in the outer pouch on the box.
