How long ago was this? Did you try removing the plug from the wall, waiting 5 minutes, then re-plugging it in? Still no system light? Is there bad weather in your area?
Do you know where your gateway is? Gateways are always located in a different state from where your residence is and weather or technical issues there will affect your local system.
