I was able to run diagnostics on your account and while everything looks very good, I understand that you have been unable to make or receive calls since 12/17. On that day we did have a service degradation for our Voice services, however it was back up and running within the day. I do see that we have good connectivity to your phone system. Have you tried power cycling your modem and Voice ATA (smaller box connected to the modem)? This could resolve your concerns.
Please let me know if power cycling the modem and Voice ATA does the trick.
