My speed is 0.3-0.5 with 50-100% data available.

I've had this issue since I started service 6 months ago. I call customer service about 3-4 times a month, advanced customer service always calls the wrong number back. I've given customer support my number probably 10 times now yet advanced customer support keeps calling the wrong number.

I've spent hours with regular customer support. I go through the regular trouble shooting at least 2-3 times a month, & they say advanced customer support will call me back. I've never received a call back.

I finally gave up on advanced customer support because they never called me. I finally got someone to set up a warranty repair & it still didn't fix anything. My internet speed is still 0.3 megabits per second.

Still waiting on advanced customer support to call me. They are probably still calling the wrong number even though I told them the right number 10 different times.

This is absolute insanity, someone please help fix my internet. This is completely fraudulent, what's happening to me is not right. I pay to much money for inadequate service. Someone do something, please just make it work.

sky94,

Where are you testing your speeds at, and are you able to share any test results with us?

You are testing with your computer directly connected to your Hughesnet modem, correct?

What model modem do you have? HT1100? HN9000? HT2000w?

It's an HT1100, & yes I've been testing directly through the modem. I disconnected router & connected my computer straight to the modem.

It won't let me post any results, I have to access this forum through my cell phone using my cell phone service. I shared my results with customer support though.

Do you have a testmy.net account?  Where did you do your speedtests at? If you used the Hughes test you wouldn't have had to share with customer support.

The only ones here that can access your records would be Liz and Amanda...  But if you are on Jupiter One you may want to consider upgrading to Jupiter II Gen5 or wait till the load on Jupiter One is reduced.
