My wifi password is not working, works for my 5g nut not for my 2.4 g
I changed my passwords as I was instructed, both worked then all went blank I reset the router again both worked. I switched from one to the other and then back and my password did not work, what's up with this? Please tell.
Thank you for posting and welcome to the community. When changing network passwords, it is recommended to do this while connected to the modem directly via Ethernet cable. Changing the password on Wi-Fi could cause some issues. I would change the passwords one more time while directly connected and then power cycle the modem for 30 seconds. Unplugging the modem from the wall outlet or power strip is best. Everything should work properly after that. -Damian
