When you say "losing my signal", do you mean the signal between your chosen device and the router is dropping out?
What device are you using to watch Netflix and how is it connected to the service? A separate router or do you have Gen5 and are using the HT2000W's router? Directly connected with a LAN cable?
Does the device, if and when connected for anything other than Netflix, ever lose the signal at any other time?
