New customer with internet connection issues when streaming from Firestick
HughesNet was installed Friday afternoon. I have been having issues with internet disconnecting and reconnecting when trying to stream from Firestick and Samsung Smart tv. When I check network status on my tv, I am connected to network, but not connected to internet. Then it will reconnect...any suggestions? I've spent about 2 hours on the phone with tech support and got nothing resolved. Internet connection itself is working... Seems to only be an issue with connection with tv/Firestick. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
