Can you try plugging it somewhere else to see if it works there? If it doesn't, you may need to call Customer Service (there may be long waits), or wait until Monday when the HN reps on this site will be back.

I just got home and seen no internet on my devices. So I check the modem and nothing, no lights at all. I tried unplugging it and still nothing happened. Is there any thing else I could try?
Hi Skipper983,
When was the last time the service was functional or last time you saw the lights on the modem? Was there any bad weather that could have knocked it out? It might also be a good idea to check the outlet it is plugged into with another device like a phone charger or making sure the on switch is flipped if it is a power strip.
Just in case, I would check to make sure that all of the power cables are snug into their appropriate sockets (power pack and at the back of modem), as they can, over time, start wiggling a bit loose. Be careful with the plug at the back of the modem, as it's somewhat delicate (it has small pins), but it would be a good idea to make sure that it's pushed all the way in.
