No connectivity

I'm a new HughesNet customer and I am having issues with connecting to internet.

What kind of device are you using, and what connection method are you using (WiFi or LAN cable)?  If connected via WiFi, do you have a device which you can connect via LAN cable (this would be best)?  


Are you getting an error message when trying to go to a website?  If so, what is the message?  


Preferably using a LAN cable connected device, are you able to connect to this page?  If so, do you see anything listed for a State Code other than 0.0.0?  If so, what is it?
