When you say you reset your router, do you mean you restarted the modem? Do you have a computer/laptop you can connect to the modem?
Are you also using a cell phone? Did you reboot your modem?
I’m having the same problem!
Is the problem resolved? There was evidently some type of issue earlier that was affecting at least some people, but it's since been remedied.
