No internet

I have called multiple times about not having internet. It works for a minute and then goes completely out. Tired of calling and want it shut off

Unfortunately, you can only cancel by contacting the customer service line.  They're experiencing what seems to be severe delays, so you may want to try calling them after midnight.

Good morning Debdave,

I see it's your first post here, so welcome to the community! I pulled up your account and ran diagnostics on your site--the HughesNet equipment is fully operational.

Please describe what happens when the internet goes completely out, what were you trying to do online?

If it happens again and you think the internet is out, check the lights on the modem: which lights are on?

Then go to www.systemcontrolcenter.com and click on the status button. What is the state code? If it's 0.0.0 then the system is working normally.

Finally, as maratsade noted, if you wish to cancel, give us a call to cancel, it is the only secure way you can do so.

Your cooperation, patience, and understanding are much appreciated.

Thanks,

Liz
