No internet

Currently have no internet, tried and waiting over an hour on the phone with no help. System light, recieving/transmit lights are off. Lam light on. Ran connect test, unable to resolve gateway message. Along with " you do not have connectivity to gateway. Outside is clear but cold.

There is currently a system wide outage affecting Gen5 Echostar-19 customers, call volume is high, and there is nothing that basic support can help with in this scenario.  There is no ETA for when service will be restored, but engineering is working on it.  You can read the official statement here: https://community.hughesnet.com/t5/About-the-Community/Jupiter-2-Service-Alert/m-p/90607#M1252

Come on man. Most people have to rely on there data on there phone b/c hughesnet data runs out near the first part of the month. Why does hughesnet keep updated postings on twitter if they cant give us crucial information like this.
