No net..was there then poof.

So was on the internet just fine and dandy but then the system light goes off. So i hit the reset button and now the three lightst hat pop up are power,Wi-Fi and lan lights. I cant access the systemcontrol area or using the http://router option. My butt is being chewed at by my dad and sister. So...idk whats wrong.

Got access to the systemcontrolcenter using http://192.168.0.1

I have a 2.1.1 code saying the outdoor unit is down.

Cant figure out how to post a picture...

I'm sure the reps will be able to help you, but they won't be back until tomorrow.  They're on M-F from approximately 9AM to 6PM EST.   

 

One thing you can check is to make sure that the coax connector at the back of the modem is at least finger tight.  It doesn't need to be any tighter than this, but it shouldn't be loose. 

 

In the meantime, please do not reset the modem unless instructed to by a HughesNet rep, and then only in the manner instructed, as doing so improperly or in the wrong instance can cause more harm than good.
