Nothing but problems

We have had nothing but problems with hughes net. Now on the modem the system transmit and recieve are not lit up.

I had the same issue this morning. It resolved itself in about 30 minutes.  Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, please post the state code. The normal state code is 0.0.0.

I unplugged the modem and left it for couple hours then plugged it in and it worked fine.
