Which email address can't send? (You can privately message me with this and any other requested personal info as opposed to posting them here in your thread.)
Can you send email natively? (Bypassing Outlook and accessing mail from https://my.hughesnet.com)
What is the full "Undeliverable" message?
What is the full rejection message?
What is the full "can't be reached" message?
What is your wife's email address?
Can she receive mail from the other HughesNet addresses?
Can she receive mail from other domains/non-HughesNet addresses?
Please try removing and re-adding the e-mail address in Outlook to see if that makes a difference.
