I think I've been extremely patient, but it's been over a month and I still can't access my account. You're support totally sucks!!!! I shouldn't have to wait this long for my account to be accessable. I was thinking of upgrading to a Gen5 but I'm not sure now if it would be worth it. I've even given support my login information so they could do more testing but after 30 days with absolutely no communication from anyone I'm giving up. Believe me, if I lived in an area that had any other kind of internet access I would be dumping Hughes like a hot potato.
