Package loss. Limited connectivity.

I have had limited connectivity and package loss for several days. I am unable to use my hughes net wifi at all. There is no severe weather at my location and according to the System Control Center the System status and information are both green.

Though this may not help, check to make sure that the coax connection to the back of the modem is at least finger tight.
