We have had HughesNet for almost a year and it has not been perfect but in general it has worked fine. Today we had a power outage in the middle of the day and since the power has come back on, the 5Ghz channel hasn’t worked at all, and the 2.4GHz channel has been on and off. I have tried rebooting the modem- both by unplugging it from the wall for a while and plugging it back in, and I have tried the reboot the router option on the website. Any help would be appreciated . I read other threads on this site but nothing has quite fit my situation.
I'm glad you found the community, thank you for posting. I apologize for the issues with your networks. I have made some adjustments to the modem, in hopes, this may improve the issue. Please let me know if this helps.
