Our data also has not been restored. I have checked everyday since the bill was paid and it still says the same thing.

Have you checked in your Usage History of the HughesNet Usage Meter, or Usage on the HughesNet MyAccount site, to be sure that it wasn't actually restored, but used up very quickly?  This is what happened to the "also" person.
