I also have the same problem . My speed is 0.22 . We are unable to download or play any type of multi-player games on line . I have had this problem since I activated my internet through Hughesnet . I am also thinking of cancelling my acount due to this on going problem .
Please start your own thread, so you can get individualized attention. You may want to also start with creating a free account at Testmy.net, and running speed tests while connected directly to the modem (not over wifi). The Hughesnet moderators will need these speed tests to help diagnose the problem.
