Really wish HUGHESNET would live up to a better quality of service
I have several issues with Hughesnet. Their service has been slow since the beginning. I work from home, and was assured the service I was signing up for would support several users. hah! that's a joke! I have to daily monitor my dashboard & I hardly download. What I do online for work is basic.
The recent issue is that I have been trying for OVER A WEEK to "see" my invoice. I get continual errors, am directed to a number on the screen that actually results in a nice rep saying "sorry maam, I cannot help you. You need to call another number. No, I cannot transfer you." Then I get someone who can help me, tells me to go to this page where you can access your invoice without logging in, only to have that one not accept my account information.....
So, the way I see it..... Hughesnet has fun taking my money, but in return provides shotty service & denies my LEGAL right to access my bill.
I moved from a small remote Alaskan town of 3200 hundred people to a town in Washington of 17,000, and Alaska offered WAYYYYYY better & WAY more reliable service! And we never ever went over data! Ever!

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of your experience. Hopefully we can turn this around for you. I'll investigate this further for you. Just have a few questions. Before this week I am guessing you've been able to access your invoice, correct? As for the service being slow, what type of basic tasks are you performing when you experience a "slow down"?
