Red indicator light

I keep getting a message saying cannot connect to secure server. I checked the system control center and my system status light is red. I have reset the modem a few times and nothing has changed

Which check marks are red when you go here: http://192.168.0.1/#!/home/status  ?

When you say "reset the modem" do you mean power cycle it?

Yes I mean power cycle it and the system status box is red when I go to that website

You should see check marks on the right side also like below. Would help to know which ones are red.
